Harbour Dues & Other Charges


St Andrews Harbour Trust is a charitable organisation and operates St Andrews Harbour on a non-profit making basis. All revenues generated from harbour dues and charges relating to other uses of the harbour are used to meet the cost of running the harbour and provide the resources necessary for its maintenance including fabric and navigational aids, its operation and improvement.

Berth / Mooring Holders

Inner Basin (Quayside & Mooring) £21.10 (per foot or part of, excl. VAT)

Inner Basin (Pontoon) £24.27 (per foot or part of, excl. VAT)

Inner and Outer Basin £29.30 (per foot or part of, excl. VAT)

Daily Launching and/or navigating in harbour £15.00 (flat rate per powered vessel)

Note, there is no charge for non-powered vessels, e.g. sailing dinghies, canoes/kayaks, paddle boards, or similar.

Facility Charges

Pressure Washer £15.00 /half day

Other Usage

Use of the harbour quayside, piers and other areas under the control of the Harbour Trust can be provided for a variety of purposes, for example as a filming backdrop, fireworks displays or other public entertainment venue. To support the Trust's finances it is necessarily the policy of St Andrews Harbour Trust to levy a charge from any person or body who seeks to use any part of the harbour for such purposes, other than purely casual individual photography.
